Responsibilities

Handle check-in and check-out process

Brief guest about the resort, surrounding area and activities

Enter orders into the computer system accurately and process cash and credit card payments during check out

Assist with guest requests to ensure they are addressed promptly

Arrange and keep check of daily housekeeping services and maintenance check

Administrative work

Keep front desk area and restaurant clean and organized

Assist in restaurant work including preparing drinks and serving food

Work closely with other resort staff (Dive crew, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen) to ensure a seamless guest experience

Rotation to other departments whenever required (kitchen, laundry, housekeeping)
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management

What do you need?

At least 18 years old and above

Passion for customer service and hospitality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
